1. Wash and thoroughly dry your hands.
2. Apply the included hand oil.
3. Massage gently for 1–2 minutes, focusing on dry or rough areas.
4. Put on the hand mask gloves and secure them around the wrists.
5. Gently massage over the gloves to distribute the essence evenly.
6. Leave on for 20–25 minutes.
7. Remove the gloves and rinse hands with clean water.
8. Follow with your favorite ROOPY hand cream as desired.

Recommended use: 2–3 times per week, depending on your hand care needs.
