When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from ROOPY.

An order is not accepted until ROOPY confirms acceptance and successfully processes the applicable payment.

  • Product unavailability

ROOPY is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

However, purchases made through the ROOPY store are transactions directly between you and ROOPY AROMA LIMITED.

Shopify is not the seller of ROOPY products and is not responsible for ROOPY's products, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, refunds, or customer-service obligations.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
