1. Wash and dry your hands.
2. Apply the included hand oil and massage for 1–2 minutes until evenly distributed.
3. Put on the hand mask gloves and secure them around the wrists.
4. Gently massage the gloves, concentrating on rough or dry areas.
5. Leave on for 20–25 minutes.
6. Remove the gloves and rinse hands with clean water.
7. Follow with hand cream as desired.

Recommended use: 2–3 times per week, depending on your hand care needs.
