Use the information below to follow your ROOPY order after it has been dispatched.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
- Wait for your shipping confirmation email after your order has been dispatched.
- Open the tracking number or tracking link included in the email where available.
- Allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to activate after shipment.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will normally receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
TRACKING HAS NOT UPDATED
International tracking may pause while a parcel moves between logistics facilities, countries, customs processing, or delivery carriers. A temporary gap in tracking does not always mean the parcel has stopped moving.
If tracking remains unchanged for an extended period, contact Customer Care at support@roopygroup.com and include your order number and tracking number.
PACKAGE MARKED DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
Please first check:
- Around your delivery location
- With household members
- With neighbors where appropriate
- Your building reception, front desk, or mailroom
- The local delivery carrier
If you still cannot locate your package, contact Customer Care with your order number and tracking information so we can review the shipment with you.
DAMAGED, LOST, OR DELIVERY ISSUE
If your package arrives damaged, a product is leaking, the wrong item was delivered, or an item is missing, please contact us and keep the product, shipping package, and shipping label until your request has been reviewed. For full eligibility details, see our Return & Refund Policy.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
After dispatch, estimated transit time is generally 7–10 business days for the United States and 8–15 business days for all other supported destinations. These estimates do not include the 1–3 business day processing period and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
